Today's Green Smoothie - quite nice if I do say so.
rainbow chard - stem removed
cavallo nero - stem removed
baby spinach
1 red gala apple
1 buerre bosc pear
2 celery sticks
1 nice fat Shepard avocado
juice of 1 lemon
a big whack of grated ginger
1 350ml bottle of Nudie Coconut water (currently mad about this stuff - Max loves it too!)
a splash more chilled water to make it pourable
